The waist of this skirt was sooooooo wide I as an adult size 8 female could have fit into it. The print was cute but it is obvious that there is little oversight on appropriate sizing or reviewing of finished items. At the price you are requesting this should not be happening. I would have returned it but my daughter-in-law thinks she can have a friend who alters cloths for Pategonia make two size 5 skirts out of the one sent so my grandchild and her best friend (both very petite) can have a matching skirt. Oh well.....I guess it's all good if it works.
